SCENE INFORMATION: The headmistress of your school, Terra Mizu, has received complaints that a faculty member - namely, the biology professor, Richard Lennox - has been engaging in unsavory conduct. Apparently, he's been tying up students and demonstrating the effects foot tickling has on the nervous system. She wants the student body to know that she is addressing this issue. And, to show that she's taking things seriously and not just putting a note in Professor Lennox' file, she has tied HIM up for you all to see while she tickles his feet as he squirms and cackles uncontrollably.
