SCENE INFORMATION: He's more like an angry dad than a landlord! Jeff is pissed that young Leo hasn't been paying the rent like he should, and as a result he's ready to punish the young man. Naked and roped down to the bed the boy submits to an ass slapping session, his jubbly cheeks soon red and sore while he cries out. Has he learned his lesson? We doubt it. We also wonder what punishment Jeff might deliver next!
