SCENE INFORMATION: Jeff is the kind of unreliable guy you can't expect to pay the rent on time, but Richard has methods to make him pay. After a heavy night he's barely able to move from the couch but the lazy shirtless guy is soon writhing around when Richard starts to torment him with his wiggling fingers!
