SCENE INFORMATION: Previously, in Special Counsel Tickling Interrogation, Elis Ataxxx tickled Richard Lennox' belly button until he talked. Or didn't. Richard is on the loose now, tracking down the asshole who ratted him out to the Feds. He ties Jeff to the bed with ropes and gives him a taste of his own navel tickling medicine until he confesses. Jeff's belly button is insanely ticklish, but even though he's helplessly squealing as Richard tickles him, he denies being the snitch. WHO WILL WIN???
